Refusion® ("Refusion", "we", "us") operates an agent-native control plane that provisions AI agents, routes tasks to models, and governs spend and policy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Account data: we store your email address, name, and authentication tokens required to sign you in and identify your account.

Usage data: when you provision agents or run tasks, we log the records you create — agent names, slugs, spend caps, model routes, and audit events. This data is associated with your account and is used to provide and secure the service.

We do not sell your data. We process and store data solely to deliver the Refusion platform and prevent abuse.

You may request export or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting support@refusion.ai.

By creating a Refusion account you agree to use the platform lawfully and only for purposes you are authorized to perform.

Refusion is a paid service. New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. To use any console feature after the trial, you must maintain an active paid subscription.

You are responsible for the cost of the third-party model providers your agents invoke, subject to the spend caps you configure. Refusion enforces caps on a best-effort basis but is not liable for overages caused by misconfiguration.

You agree not to use Refusion to process unlawful content, to abuse the service, or to violate the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Refusion is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

Do not provision agents intended to deceive, harass, or cause harm.

Do not attempt to bypass spend caps, rate limits, or governance controls.

Do not resell or sublicense access to the platform without authorization.
